Abby Mouch, MS, CAPPA Trained Postpartum Doula
Abby is a CAPPA trained postpartum doula and DONA International trained birth doula. She is also First Aid/CPR certified.
Abby became a doula to make a positive impact in the postpartum space. She loves to support new and growing families, increasing their confidence and successes in the early months of baby’s life. Abby’s areas of expertise are caring for mom and providing newborn care with her calming and gentle nature. She is passionate about creating an environment of mental well-being and establishing healthy routines. Abby is a sunrise and sunset doula and offers care from 6-10 am and 5-9 pm.
Abby is originally from Michigan and has a Master of Science in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Michigan. She enjoys running, biking, reading and camping. She lives in Littleton with her husband, Sandy.

Cole Tillotson, CAPPA Trained Postpartum Doula, Associate in Applied Science
Cole is a CAPPA trained doula and transitioned to postpartum doula work in January 2023. She is also First Aid/CPR certified.
Cole’s particular interests are in providing sleep support and newborn care. She believes it takes a tribe to support a family and loves being part of that community, helping families to build confidence as new parents. Cole is a genuine nurturer and many families she works with often ask for extensions. She is available for daytime and overnight support.
Cole loves being outdoors, biking, camping, skiing, reading, spending time with her husband, Kyle and their 12-year-old daughter. She has an Associates Degree in Applied Sciences and previously worked as a Certified Veterinary Technician for 15 years and is also a Colorado native.

Katie Hartwig, RN, BSN, NRP, CAPPA Trained Postpartum Doula
Katie is a registered nurse and CAPPA trained postpartum doula. She works on a Mom/Baby unit at a local hospital and has previously worked in med-surg and addiction medicine. She graduated from Denver College of Nursing in 2018 and is BLS, neonatal resuscitation program (NRP) and First Aid/CPR certified.
Katie enjoys being with families in the acute postpartum days and hours but found that supporting families in the weeks and months after birth is an exciting compliment to her hospital shifts. She loves educating families and being a present supportive resource. Katie is available for daytime and overnight support.
She is a Colorado native and lives in Westminster. She enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, being outdoors and all Denver sports teams.

Kaylan Sharp, RN, BSN, CLE, PCD(DONA), Childbirth Educator
Kaylan is a registered nurse, certified lactation educator, DONA certified postpartum doula and childbirth educator. She graduated from Duke University School of Nursing in 2011 and has previously worked in the ICU and cardiac catherization lab. Kaylan is First Aid/CPR certified.

Kaylan loves educating expecting and new parents and teaches all of Baby Mama's classes. She is passionate about breastfeeding, newborn care, organization and the mental and emotional well-being of the family. She is available for daytime support and manages all client communication and virtual support.
​
Kaylan loves dogs, reading, learning and spending time with her twin. She lives in Denver with her husband, Scott and their 4 young children, Sawyer, Sloane, Spencer and Sullivan. When not working with families you will find her at her kids' sporting events.

Kiera Davis, MS, RN, BSN, DONA Trained Postpartum Doula
Kiera is a registered nurse and DONA trained postpartum doula. She graduated from Duke University School of Nursing in 2010 and worked as a pediatric cardiac ICU nurse. She also has a Master of Science in Clinical Research. Kiera is First Aid/CPR certified.

Kiera loves educating expecting and new parents by teaching alongside Kaylan in many of Baby Mama's classes. She loves providing newborn care, especially baby wearing and focusing on the emotional support of the family. She is available for daytime support. Please note she is allergic to cats and cannot work in homes with feline friends.

Kiera enjoys reading, walking and spending time with her twin. She lives in Denver with her husband, Brian and their son Rowan. She is also pregnant with their second child, a little girl! When not supporting families, she works remotely for Stanford University.

Lizzie Price, BA, CPD
Lizzie is a Certified Professional Doula (CPD) and has supported postpartum families since 2018. Lizzie has completed 200+ hours of training through AlloDoula Academy and is a full-spectrum doula. She is also First Aid/CPR certified.
Lizzie loves educating new families and is passionate about establishing routines, providing newborn care and feeding, sleep support, and the mental health of the family. She loves
working with babies, building a family’s confidence, and being a trusted resource. She is available for daytime and overnight support. Please note she is allergic to cats and cannot work in homes with feline friends.
Lizzie loves dogs, enjoys traveling, going to the mountains, hiking, skiing, riding her Peloton bike, reading and spending time with her husband Dean, and their two teenage children. She is a Colorado native and previously worked as a para in the Colorado school systems and in human resources.

Lorena Teran, CLD, CPD, CCCE, CIMI, CLC
Lorena is CAPPA certified as a labor doula, postpartum doula and childbirth educator. She is also a certified lactation counselor and a certified infant massage instructor. She is BLS certified and is currently a CAPPA faculty member for labor doulas. Her journey with families and babies started over 30 years ago working in Panama.
Lorena’s passion is to share tools to enhance the connection between parents and children and nurture each member of the family so a personalized balance can be achieved. She loves volunteering in her community and her first language is Spanish. She appreciates learning about new cultures and nature and is devoted to promoting world harmony. She lives in Eagle County, supports families in both Eagle and Summit counties and is available for daytime and overnight support.

Rachel Wolf, BS, RYT-500, RPYT, BRM, DONA Trained Postpartum Doula
Rachel is a DONA International trained postpartum doula and a registered yoga teacher (RYT) with 500 hours, as well as a registered prenatal yoga teacher (RPTY) with Body Ready Method (BRM) training. She incorporates her yoga training into her postpartum work, supporting the
postpartum healing process. She is also First Aid/CPR certified.
She began working with postpartum families in 2022 and acknowledges the vulnerability of the postpartum phase. She believes that it is very important to support families during this time and loves to focus on newborn development and milestones, and healthy sleep hygiene and habits. Rachel is available for daytime support.
She enjoys camping, backpacking, cooking plant-based meals, live music, traveling, and being outdoors. She is originally from Pennsylvania and lives in Aurora with her fiancé, Mark. She also has a BS in Psych-Neuroscience from Penn State University and a minor in Human Development and Family Studies. She has graduate experience in education and child studies.

Steph Teselle, RN, BSN, CAPPA Trained Postpartum Doula
Steph is a registered nurse and CAPPA trained postpartum doula. She graduated from the University of Iowa in 2011 and has previously worked in pediatrics. She is First Aid/CPR, PALS, ACLS and BLS certified.
After having her first baby, Steph wanted to provide postpartum support to growing families. She loves supporting new parents so they can enjoy the postpartum period, providing sleep support, being a trusted resource, and helping with feelings of isolation often experienced by new parents. Her areas of expertise are sleep routines and newborn care. She is available for daytime and overnight support.
Steph is originally from Chicago and enjoys working out, traveling and reading. She is also currently learning Spanish. She lives in Lowry with her husband Ben and their daughter, Zoe.
