The Baby Mama postpartum care class will help ease your transition into life with your newborn, including ways to care for your physical health such as padsicles (What is that? A good question), sitz baths, nipple and breast care, abdominal support and nutritional recommendations to help with breastmilk supply.

We review ways to support your emotional and mental well-being and recommend helpful products for your physical recovery. We talk about all the stuff that no one tells you about. This is the period talk on steroids. The postpartum care class is all about preparation, to help you heal and rest. They don’t call it labor for nothing!
